Construction of Heston Fire Station was begun in 1935 by Heston and Isleworth Municipal Borough to replace existing stations at Twickenham Road, Isleworth and Montague Road, Hounslow. The new station was opened in 1936.
Following the end of World War II, Heston became part of the Middlesex Fire Brigade in 1948.
With the creation of the Greater London Council and the redrawing of boundaries, the Middlesex Fire Brigade was absorbed into the London Fire Brigade in 1965.
This is actually Heston and Isleworth fire sation. Heston fire station closed many decades ago but still exists you can see it here

Whilst I agree with the historical naming of the station, the London Fire Brigade refer to this station as Heston, and that is the reason I have named the article as such.
