Notes

Construction of London Fire Brigade Kensington Fire Station began in 1903 by the London County Council, with the building opening in 1905.

The station was built to replace the existing 1870-built Metropolitan Fire Brigade station on King Street, which had reached the end of its operational life and was subsequently demolished.

The current station was granted Grade II Listed Building status in 1991.
